There is no additional fee for our concierge assistance, guests simply pay for the services they choose to book, such as:

As part of our travel and hospitality network, we help coordinate these services directly with trusted providers to make planning easier and more seamless. Availability may vary by location, and advance notice is recommended.
Booking & Stays
Our managed properties can be booked directly through the XJ Stays website for a seamless, secure experience. Some listings may also be available on platforms like Airbnb or VRBO, depending on the property.
Resort stays are coordinated separately through our team and reserved directly with the resort via a personal reservation specialist.
Yes. All resort stays are official bookings made directly with the resort. As Legendary members, we’re able to extend exclusive member pricing to our guests, often at a lower rate than what’s publicly available online
Resort pricing is based on membership access and partner rates, not third-party discounts. Our guests benefit from member pricing that is already built into the resort’s reservation system.
Yes. Resort guests receive the same access to amenities, services, and accommodations as any standard resort booking.
No hidden fees. Any pricing provided includes the resort’s official rates and applicable taxes or fees, clearly communicated before booking.
