XJ Stays is a boutique short-term rental and property management brand founded by Xavier and Jessica. We manage and host thoughtfully designed Airbnb and vacation rentals that feel comfortable, stylish, and easy, whether you’re staying for a weekend or managing a property long-term.

How It Started

XJ Stays grew from firsthand experience; traveling as guests, hosting our own properties, and seeing where short-term rentals often fall short. Too many places looked great online but missed the mark in real life. Communication was inconsistent. Details were overlooked.
We knew it could be done better.

So we built XJ Stays around what matters most:

We provide full-service short-term rental management, helping property owners earn more while doing less. Our services are flexible, customizable options based on each owner’s needs.

Our services include:

Airbnb & VRBO setup and listing optimization
Guest communication and support
Cleaning coordination and turnovers
Pricing and calendar management
Welcome guides, check-in systems, and guest experience planning

Whether you want full support or help in specific areas, we tailor our services to fit your property and goals.

Design & Styling (Optional Add-On)

Interior styling and furnishing are not included in standard property management services.

For owners who want help elevating their space, design services are available as an optional add-on through our sister company, The Inside Design (want to provide a link to a landing page, and I can provide that link), led by Jessica.

This allows us to keep management focused on operations, while offering professional design support when it’s truly needed.

Where We Operate

XJ Stays operates across Florida and also offers access to select resort destinations through established resort partnerships and membership programs.

Through these partnerships, we’re able to extend exclusive member pricing, often 10% to 40% below standard public rates; to our guests. All resort stays are reserved directly through a dedicated reservation specialist at the selected resort, ensuring official bookings, full amenity access, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

This model allows our guests to enjoy premium resort experiences at better value, while maintaining transparency, legitimacy, and a seamless booking process.

As XJ Stays continues to grow, we’re expanding both our managed properties and resort partnerships into new destinations.
